Please change it back ... I just added:

post
allow
$host =~ /pgfoundry\.org/

to the committers list that should have commits pass through directly now
...

Supposedly so we can monitor the activity of all of the projects hosted on
pgfoundry. You missed the discussion this summer, but Peter E. and myself
think it's a bad idea, Marc likes it and everyone else doesn't seem to
care.

Well, let me side with those who think this is a bad idea. But since
this has apparently been decided, I'll desist.
For the time being, "its been decided" ... there isn't *alot* of traffic
arising from it ... if/when there is, we can easily create a side
committers list for projects vs core that ppl can opt into ...
